Is Trello component of apache?

Trello is a service, not something you run yourself, so a simple answer is that you do not care.  It's Trello's/Atlassian's problem, not yours.

On top of that, the vulnerability can only be exploited by "An attacker who can control log messages or log message parameters", which is effectively limited to Trello employees.

(I don't know if Trello uses Apache at all)
