Is Planyway having server issues?

Planyway is failing to auth when trying to log in. Their site also is hitting 404 pages, including help.planyway.com (which is why im asking it here). Anyone have any status of when this will be resolved?

I just tested their site https://help.planyway.com/en/ and I was able to open, are you still having issues?
