Invite with special link

I am a new user and am trying to invite my students to work in groups on a social studies research project.  When I put the special links on my Google Classroom page for the students to join a specific team, 8 out of 10 links are broken.  Does anyone have an idea why this happened and how I can fix it?

Hey Kim

Are you saying that you have 10 boards, and 8 of those invite links are working, but 2 of those are not?  Are users getting an error message when clicking the broken link to join?  If this is the case, while I'm not sure of the reasoning behind it, you can try generating a new link to that board.  Go to your invite link and disable it, then enable it again and it will be a new link.
