Invite to board interface changed today

I tried adding members to some boards this morning and the interface has changed (same problem in IE and Chrome). Rather than presenting me with a list of team members to pick from that I can add automatically - I am instead being presented with an "Invite to Board" dialogue, requiring me to send team members a link.

I am an admin for the team and all the boards, and the interface was working fine until this morning. Problem is present with old and newly created boards.

I have checked with other staff and their interface hasn't changed, it appears to only be affecting me.
