Invite and individual to a board

I have several boards that I copy and invite clients to join. I eventually make them admins to the board and remove myself. But today (yesterday it worked fine), when I tried to invite someone, I get "Create Team."

I don't want to create a team. I just want to add one client to that board. Was there a change made last night? How can I add only one person to a private, personal board?
