Invitationlink without link to ask for membership

Hi, I invited a new member, but she didn't get a link to ask to get joined with the epost.

As she can't ask to join, I can't add he to the board. How to solve this?

You could send them an open invitation link. (remember to turn off the share link if you don't want others to use the same link in future)
