Invert kanban boards by team members

I have Trello kanban board grouped by process stages (todo, in progress, in review, done). But it is not clear how many tasks have each person in a department (and usually it is a problem to manage all tasks right). Is it possible to invert my kanban board by team members? It would be better to do it with all boards for this team. 

May be some powerups have already developed?

Hi, 

This change option is not avalaible on Trello. 

You can only filter by member from an existing board.
