Integration with Hangout Chat

I have connected Hangout Chat with Trello and during Setup, I have asked Trello to send notifications when Checklist Item is Renamed.

But when I change checklist items in Trello, I don't get any notifications on my Hangout chat Channels.

All other Trello actions are working fine and notifications are being sent to Hangout Chat Channels.
