Integration with Claude AI

I want to build some dashboard and misc items which are useful for my organization. Right now when i try to integrate with Claude AI. I can see there is a error message pop up as per the attached image. Anyone facing this issue? Trello do advice on how to resolve this and make this integration with Claude AI success.

Hi @Sathya_ T  could you confirm a few details

Are you connecting Claude to the official Trello MCP endpoint: https://mcp.trello.com/v1?

Are you using Claude Desktop or Claude in the browser? During the OAuth flow, do you see the Trello Workspace you want to connect, or does the failure happen before the Workspace selection screen?

Is this Trello Workspace managed by an Atlassian organization/Enterprise admin? If yes, can your Org Admin confirm that Trello MCP access and the required read_trello / write_trello permissions are allowed?

Does disconnecting and reauthorizing the Trello MCP connection produce the same error?

i see my team did the connection via browser not through their desktop app. the claude also was a web browser app. it is more to browser to browser. Do i need to download them and install them on my pc and then try the app again? what is your suggestion?
