Hi There

I was wondering if there is a way to automate the workflows and export / copy tickets from Trello of our client board (External account) to our agency Trello or Jira Instance? 

 

Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Joanna O'Bryan

did you already try this import functionality? https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/import-data-directly-from-trello-into-jira/. 

It imports your data on a project basis and should reduce the amount of mapping you would have to perform otherwise.
