Inquiry about team cost and availability

I am looking to purchase this to be utilized in my medical clinic as I am a practice manager. This would be great to break down things amongst locations in my clinjc. I am wondering if I purchase the team business package, will my staff be able to access the duties and assignments in it through their free app, or will everyone of my staff have to purchase the same package to all have same access?
