Inquiries regarding trello gold paid last November

I paid on November 22nd with the receipt of the image, why does the receipt say Annual fee for Trello (Trello Gold Yearly) for the period Febuary 23, 2021 to Febuary 23, 2022?

Likely because you already had some free months of Trello Gold.  So your paid subscription didn't start until your free subscription ended.
