Hello Trello Support Team,
I am a resident and citizen of Kazakhstan, but when I try to log into Trello, I receive a message stating that access is restricted for users from Russia. However, I am not in Russia and have never used a Russian IP address.
Please check and resolve this issue, as I need access to my data and boards for work. If you require additional information to verify my location, please let me know what details I should provide.
Thank you for your assistance! I look forward to your response.
It has been reported that there are times where Atlassian blocks access to certain areas even if they are not directly restricted by the rules. Also, certain ISPs/VPN services can cause you to appear as if you are in a restricted area.
I'm going to link you to the page that discusses accessing Trello from restricted areas. It does not list your region as restricted, from what I see, but it does have a link to a form to request access.
Make sure your ISP/VPN (if you're using one) doesn't cause you to appear in a restricted area and then see if filling out the form gets you access. At least one other user was able to get access through the form, though it took some time for support to get it completed.
