Ich hatte offensichtlich 2 Accounts und den falschen mit Google verknüpft. Nun kann ich mich in den anderen Account nicht mehr einloggen, weil die dort hinterlegte Mail-Adresse mittlerweile inaktiv ist. Gibt es eine alternative Login-Möglichkeit zum Verifizierungscode per Mail?

Hallo @Lyra

Wenn du das Passwort des betroffenen Kontos noch kennst, würde ich das Login zuerst auf einem Gerät oder in einem Browser versuchen, mit dem du dich früher schon einmal eingeloggt hast. Der Code wird oft nur bei neuen oder unbekannten Geräten abgefragt.

Ansonsten führt der Weg nur über den Atlassian-Support und die Kontowiederherstellung unter support.atlassian.com. Dort wählst du die Option für den verlorenen Kontozugang und schilderst deinen Fall.

Vielen Dank für Deine schnelle Rückmeldung, lieber Martin! Das Problem ist gerade, dass der Code an eine inaktive Mail-Adresse verschickt wird und über den Support finde ich leider keine Kontaktmöglichkeit.
