What power up can we use to mass update existing cards and dependencies? Ex. I want to push the due date out for 100 cards by 1 day (they already exist) and (in the same upload) would like to specify some dependencies between existing cards.

It can mass change due dates, but I don't know what you mean by 'dependencies' between cards, so you will have to review the features of the PowerUp yourself to see if it can change whatever that dependency thing is.
