+1 from a workflow perspective. Offline mode is bigger than bad wifi, it changes how people work. Planning is usually better away from distractions, capturing ideas should be instant without waiting on load times, and even read only offline access would solve most of the pain. Full edit and sync can come later, but even a simple v1 would create a lot of goodwill because this is a real daily friction point. Adding my vote here.
