If I upgrade from free to standard plan just only one account with I am admin. Can I add more collaborators for 50 person? or another free users need to pay too.

Hello! It depends on how many boards the 50 collaborators are joined to within the workspace.

Users become billable in a paid workspace once they are joined to more than one board. If they are a board member on one board rather than a workspace member, they will be considered a workspace guest and non-billable.
