I would like to assign a checklist in a card to one person

I would like to invite a contractor to one checklist in a card, but don't want them to be able to see all the other cards in that list. Is this possible?  If I @ them to one of the checklist items can they see all the checklist items?

Hi Julie

Permissions within Trello are board specific, and there's not currently a way to lock it down for someone to only view a specific list, card, or checklist.  You'd need to have separate boards for privacy.
