I invited my partner to join my workspace as an admin. But i was removed from my own workspace and boards I created prior to invitation. It was meant to be removed only from that board, not the entire workspace. How is this happening?
On Trello's Free tier, all invited members become Workspace Admins by default. If your partner removed you from the Workspace, you automatically lose access to all its boards.
The quickest fix is to have them invite you back to restore your access. For future prevention, keep in mind that restricting user roles requires a Standard or Premium upgrade; on the Free tier, everyone has full administrative control.
