I want to view and be able to edit all my cards from all boards on one single board, kanban style

I have multiple projects running on multiple boards, and want to be able to view them at a program level, kanban style. I want to be able to move/edit the cards as well from this view. Is this possible within Trello or a Trello power-up/add-on?

Right now, a feature like that is not available. You can however view all your cards (that you are a member of) on the My Cards page at: 

https://trello.com/your/cards. On that page you can sort all the cards either by board or by due date.

Is editing cards directly on the My Cards view on the Trello development roadmap?
