Hi Tomer,

Yes you can do that, even before the trial ends. First, make sure that the number of active users you have currently for the product, are 10 or less (if you are using Jira or Confluence), and 3 or less (if you are using Jira Service Mgmt).  Next, follow the steps in this article:
