Dear sir, madam, 

 

I'm using Trello for a long time now and I want to change my subscription to free. I have to pay till June 2026. For me this is a very long time and I hope you can help me.

Hi @Veerle 

It is possible to change your Trello subscription to the free plan by canceling your paid subscription in the Billing section of your Workspace settings. After cancellation, your plan will automatically downgrade to the free version at the end of your current billing cycle, but you will not be refunded for prepaid time unless Trello support makes an exception.
