I want to cancel my paid for subscription but keep gettin an error code.

I want to cancel my paid for subscription but keep gettin an error code.

I want my account to be canceled but it is impossible to get to where I do that. If feels like that's on purpose, which I am sure it is. Any help would be appreciated.
