I have tried to go to billing and support and all the other pages suggested, however ever time it tells me to login even though I am logged in. One page suggested i open and sign in incognito, did that, also did not work.
This has been taking so much of my time. I never wanted the free premium trial. I just want the free version. Why automatically put me on a free trial without asking me.
I have also read that they will automatically downgrade you to free version after trial period ends, however some apps have previously still charged me, so I do not want to get burned again.
Why is it not easier to get this done. Or why are users not given a choice in the first place.

To cancel your Trello Premium or Standard plan, you’ll need to be a Workspace administrator. To find the Billing page, expand the sidebar and click Settings > Billing. Click the “Cancel” link at the bottom of the page. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of its prepaid service period.
Please note that currently you must be accessing Trello via the web as our mobile and Desktop versions currently do not provide the options to change subscriptions.

I did read about it being online only so tried that. I also read about go to billing and then click cancel. However there is no cancel button at the bottom of the page. I have read previous questions. I have googled. I have tried all the chat groups. I have gone onto chatGPT. I have already seen the link attached. It has not helped.
I never subscribed to anything. I just downloaded the app, logged in using the app and the webpage at different times. Saw I am on free trial and been trying to "downgrade" ever since. It has been 2 hours now.
I don't want to wait until the 14 days are up. I don't want the risk of paying. I don't want to get use to premium features, I want to know what the free version features are and get to know that.
I don't understand why there is no easier way to just get this done. If Trello does not want people to use the free version, then they should not offer it.
