I've lost access to all Trello boards

All boards I've been using for months are now not allowing me to access, but giving a message saying "We're having trouble sending your access request."

Welcome to the community, please confirm if you were the only user on the site or if there is someone who has access to the admin console.

There were other staff members who were users.  I could log in but there possibly was someone else who had an admin right.
