My previous email address was a private relay:

N7b4r58***@privaterelay.appleid.com

now that I don’t use iPhone anymore, I can’t login on my PC because I don’t have access to the email address to recover the password. 

that’s level one of my problem; moving along I can’t change my email address in the app it never sends the verification email. I can access the app using my old iPhone via WiFi but I need much more computer power to use the app effectively.

You can stop using the Apple id https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/account-issues-related-to-a-private-apple-email-address/
