I've changed my email and now can't login to Trello

I have an account with Trello with lots of sales leads on. I've changed my email and when logging in it sends a 6 digit code to that email that no longer exists. How do I get access?

Hi @Simon Browning ,

Because your Trello account is still tied to your old email address, you'll need access to that inbox to verify the change.

If the old email was from an organization, try reaching out to your IT/admin team to temporarily reactivate the mailbox (or set up forwarding to your new address). Once you can receive emails there, you'll be able to complete the verification and update your Trello account.

Hi Liam, thanks for the suggestion. The inbox / url / server no longer exists. I've no way to access the email. Is there another way to verify such as phone?

As far as I know, for security reasons, there's no possible way to do that without your old email.
But you can try contacting Atlassian Support and describing your case to see if they could help: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
