I didn't ask for it, I don't want it, It's interrupting my workflow big time. Remove it. Remove ALL THE POP UPS.

Sorry, I don't quite understand your problem. If you're using Trello, what pop-up windows are you referring to? Jira is a different software. Could you tell us a little more about it?
