I signed up with wrong email and cant change it now to confirm it

I just started a new job and accidently mistyped my new email and now obviously cant login to confirm my account. Can I change my email to the correct one so I can keep my account?

I think the best way to fix the problem is to proceed ahead and create a new account using your corrected email address since you have no access to the mistyped email
