Now i want to do analysis on those cards. Want to download an excel for all the cards at one go, and bifurcate deals under different heads. How do i do that.

You can download the board as a csv file, if you have the Premium subscription https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/
