I receive notifications for every Trello card

Hey everyone,

I used to receive notification only to cards I'm following or tagged in, but recently, I've been receiving email notifications for every card from other members of my team.

I checked the settings, everything looks good. When I look at the cards I receive notification from, I don't follow them and my name is not there. Can someone help me with this issue?
