I no longer have access to my registered email and am attempting to recover my Trello account

My Trello account is linked to an email account that is owned by my former broker. I have since left the broker, but I still need access to my Trello account for business and goal tracking.  How can I regain access to my Trello account if I don't have access to the email  I used to register?
