I need to recover my Trello account, but I don't have 2FA configured and I can't disable it.

They ask me to go to support but there's no option to open a ticket to recover my account. My account at id.atlassian.com has 2FA enabled, but why doesn't Trello allow me to log into my account since authentication is centralized?

Hi @jeffersonsimaogoncalves

Your Trello account is connected to your Atlassian account and your Atlassian account does have MFA enabled. If you haven't already, please try the steps mentioned here - use an incognito/private browser when you try the steps:

The problem is that I can't access my Trello account, and I can't disable 2FA on Trello.
