I need to downgrade from 5 people to one person and a guest - how?

Hi, just downgraded from premium to standard for the 26/9/24 as I don't need the extras anymore.

Still being charged for 5 people and only need myself and one other.

Questions:

how do I downgrade the amount of people before the deadline

Can I have one guest with my trello or will I need to pay for two people

Hi @Mel Stibbs welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In Trello Standard, you'll be charged for each member of the Workspace.

So you'll need to de-activate product access for the users you don't need.

You can use Board guests for guest access but pay attention, because you have free guest and billable guest accounts, see "Guest types and cost".
