We have OneLogin set up and I need to delete it as we are no longer using it from next week but I cannot see where I can access the settings to make sure it is disconnected.

You can find the SSO settings in your connected identity provider settings, in your Atlassian administration. There you are able to adjut the settings.
Head over here: yourinstance.atlassian.net/admin
and look for this option:
