I need help adding an Activity on my Trello board....

I've been using Trello for 10 years and today when I opened it to add "Activity" it would not open a new window for me to add a note and I can't figure out what is happening!

Welcome to the community.

Can you give more details about the issue? Not sure If I understood exactly what you mean with the activity, we have an activity button under the tree dots( you can also press W) is this option that you are not finding?
