I need admin access to my trello account

I need admin access. The "admin" listed on our account no longer works for our company and her email attached to her Trello account no longer exist so we cannot log into the admin's account to grant anyone admin access. Please provide information on how we can grant ourselves admin access to manage full account.

I just had the exact same problem. When I go to the board, it says "You're a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance."

Then when I click the "View all closed boards" button at the bottom of the Boards page, the board is at the bottom of the list and does not have a Reopen button. The message there says "You were not an admin on this board, so you cannot reopen it."

I also used this just yesterday, so it sounds like some change was made? I wasn't notified about this at all, and would like to get an explanation for how to regain access to my board.
