I made a board and 3 cards for it and now it is not there. Is there a way to find or get it back?

I made a board and 3 cards for it and now it is not there. Is there a way to find or get it back?

I made a board and 3 cards for it. I was using it for a few days. When I signed in the other day it was gone. Not sure what happened to it. Is there any way to locate it or get it back ?Please help!!! it has very important files I need on them.
