Hello,

I have the free version of Trello. I have created a music group for my church. I only have 9 members on my board and 1 guest.

For some time now, the members have not been able to add or modify anything on the board, whereas they used to be able to do so. In short, they can look at the board but can't add anything to the cards.

What's more, the guest wasn't able to become a member when we hadn't yet reached 10 members (free version).

Could you give me an explanation and help me solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

It could be that you have multiple boards in your workspace and collectively across all of them there are 10 collaborators. See this page for more details https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
