I lost a board that I used daily

I have been using a board that was part of a guest workspace made by some one else multiple times a day for many years. I always meant to move the ownership of the board to myself, but never got around to it. To my horror, this board disappeared the day before yesterday. I looked everywhere (filters, closed boards etc.), but I am afraid it is really gone.

The person who made the board back then, told me yesterday their Trello account was deleted at the end of last year. I was not aware of this. Is there any way to recover this board as it contains a lot of information that is very meaningful to me. Many thanks in advance!
