I keep adding a new member and when i go back to see if they are on. A board they dont show up

Hi KJ Catering - welcome to the community!

If you're using Trello from your browser, could you please try to hard refresh your page and try again? To do that, hold down CTRL + F5 (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + R (Mac).

If you're using the Trello desktop app, could you please go to the system menu at the top, and then select Help > Reset local data?
