I have two accounts with this e-mail addresses:

marjakangas.c@gmail.com
I want to access the how to move one, but it says its the wrong e-mail adress or password, altough I reset the password from that exact adress. I don't think I have used my apple account for signing in, but I checked this article and didnt find a soluthion: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/account-issues-related-to-a-private-apple-email-address/

I already tried that, as I said in the description.
But I tried again now, and it actually took me one step further - to a double authentication, which I havn't set. I clic to use phone instead, but no reaction... what do I do?
