I have the Card-up Numbers by Reenhanced but can't see it in my mobile app

This is typical. due to what a Power Up is from a technical standpoint and how they are made, and what the Trello mobile app is from a technical standpoint, most Power Ups will not provide functionality in the app. There are a few Trello-made Power Ups that have mobile app support that Atlassian directly baked into the mobile app.
