I have someone set up on Trello at our end, how do they join?

listed as a member, but greyed out. What do they need to do?

It seems that the user is deactivated in your Trello, you will need to reach out to your admin to reactivate them, refer to this documentation for more info:

Thank you for the reply, but the user was never activated. They need to join Trello first, how do they do that?
