I have recently created a Trello board - free version for my team to collaborate. Any limitations?

Is there any limitations of free version I intend to use for team board?

- Like number of members

- Data privacy

- any features not available.

- Time limit of using the board

Just wondering if I create something and then its taken out / or I will loose the data in free version of board.

The free plan is limited to 10 collaborators per Workspace.  The data privacy is the same but premium and enterprise do have some enhanced security features.

There are a number of features that the paid plans have that free does not you can see on the pricing page what those are and what each feature does.

There is no time limit on the free plan.

Can I have more than one workspace - to accommodate more than 10 collaborators?. If yes - how I can create another workspace?

You would need to pay for Trello to have additional workspaces.  Free only has one workspace.
