I got a few email notifications saying that an random user had close a few of  my trello board, I have reviewed the members and permissions on my boards and this person is not a member neither have permissions to modify my boards. I'm afraid this could leak my personal data I have in som boards.

Hi @byleto,

It’s understandable to be concerned if an unknown user appears to be closing your Trello boards, especially if they don’t show up as a member or have any visible permissions. The first step you should take is to check your Atlassian account’s recent activity for any unauthorized logins. You can do this by visiting your Atlassian security settings. If you notice anything suspicious, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication to secure your account.

Next, review the visibility settings of each affected board. Even if someone isn’t listed as a member, public boards can be accessed by anyone with the link. Go to each board, click on “Share,” and ensure that the board is set to “Private.” Also, consider checking the list of closed boards by clicking on your profile, selecting “Boards,” and scrolling to “See closed boards.” From there, you can reopen any board that was closed without your permission.

Finally, since this appears to involve a user not listed on your boards, it’s important to contact Atlassian Support directly. Visit trello.com/contact, select “Report a bug or security issue,” and provide all relevant details, including screenshots or email notifications if possible. They can investigate the issue further and ensure your data is secure.

Let me know if you need help with any of these steps. I'm happy to assist further.
