I have been copying lists within the same board for years - now the labels not transferring

I have been copying lists with names to track attendance in our organization for years. I have labels for absent and present on each card. Every card has a label.

Now for some reason if I copy a list within the same board the labels are not all transferring. Some do and some cards are without labels. 

A side by side comparison of the original column and the copied column are clearly missing labels. I have tried this on multiple boards and even created a test board. They all display this problem. 

I have tried this on the Mac app and browser app. 

Any help would be appreciated - thanks !

What specific method are you using to copy lists?

If we both are using the same method, and it works for me, and not for you, I can get an Atlassian Team Member to look at your specific situation.

If I try your method and it happens for both of us, I can get a bug report submitted.

Otherwise, we can see if there's an issue with the specific way you are copying lists. However, if you're saying it used to work just fine, it would be weird if you only started having issues now, if there was some issues with the method.

Either way, I need the exact steps you're taking to copy the lists to proceed.
