I have an item or two on a checklist that I would like to remove. I don't understand the answers sh

I have a dropdown checklist that has 2 items I have no any use for . How do I delete them so I don't have to check them off every time?

THE last 2 or 3 items are no longer needed and I would like to delete them from the list for the future
