I have an 2013 iPad mini and Trello’s app isn’t loging in. What should I do?

Hi @Paulo Bernardo Gambogi Parreira - welcome to the Community!

What version of iOS are you on? Only the later versions of iOS are supported.

I expect that a device from that time frame likely doesn't support the latest iOS 17.  We have a complete list of supported browsers and mobile platforms over in https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/what-browsers-and-mobile-platforms-does-trello-support/

Perhaps you could install an updated browser to that older device to use Trello.
