I have a trello account when I try to log in it tells me to get the code from my authenticator app.

I don't have an authenticator app for Trello or Atlassian.  I have one for another system but don't know what to do to get in my Trello accounmt

Apologies on delay on our end!

If the issue still persists, try this troubleshooting:

1. Go to https://id.atlassian.com

2. Enter email and password

3. When prompted for a verification code, select "Can't use your phone?"

4. On the recovery code screen, choose "Can't find your recovery key?"

5. Select "Send recovery email" → they'll get an email: "Steps to recover your Atlassian account"

6. Wait 24 hours → a second email arrives: "Let's get you back into your Atlassian account"

7. Click the one-time link in that email to access the account and manage 2FA settings

⚠️ Important: The link expires 24 hours after it's sent and can only be used once.

If all of the above mentioned steps do not remedy the issue, please raise a ticket with our support team:

• Visit our Support portal.
• If you can't log in to the portal, select "Unable to log in" from the options provided.
• Provide your email address.
• How can we help you?* -> Other.
• Skip Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number (if applicable) field.
• Describe your issue.
• Submit a ticket.

Support team will be able to look into the problem and help you resolve any outstanding issues.
